Can I ask for custom/commission work?
Danielle is not taking on commissions or creating custom pieces at this time.
How will my purchase be shipped?
Artworks purchased directly from Danielle are carefully packed and shipped via reputable couriers.
Items delivered outside of Canada could be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged at destination and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further details before ordering if you are concerned.
We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the provided address was incorrect of customs and import duties were not paid.
Can I return or exchange something that I ordered?
All original artwork purchases are final. Refunds are not offered on original artworks.
If there is an issue with your artwork when it arrives, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided within before purchase.
Danielle Currie does not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.
Intellectual Property Notice
Danielle Currie retains all rights to the artwork created and distributed. Reproductions of any and all artwork is at the sole discretion of the artist. This includes the rights of sold and commissioned artwork. The collector (buyer) may not in any way reproduce the artwork without express written permission from the artist.
